So I lost my insurance, thankfully was able to get back on my parents. trying to find a new psychiatrist since I just moved states. definitely feeling the withdrawal, i’m so mentally and physically exhausted, depressed, irritable, feel like throwing up all the time and seriously having so much derealization and a freaking identity crisis. hallucinations at least have been ok, for the most part. I reached out to a lot of new docs except none really like to pick up the phone so hope i get in soon. trying to hang in there but haven’t really been able to leave the bed.

When I ran out of meds once, I went to the ER and got a script.

Can you call your old doctor, explain the situation,
And see if they will send a refill to you where you are?
I’ve done that before but I don’t know if the rules have changed since then.
It’s worth a shot if you’re out of meds, though.

You’ve gotten good advice. You can call your old dr for a script or you can go to urgent care or the ER. Bring your empty bottle that shows what you take if you still have the bottle. Good luck!
