Anybody else here affected greatly by colds or flus? They feel like plagues to me.
I’ve been sick too, with a cold. Sucks.
I get man flu. But only about twice a year.
I hate being sick, I had bronchitis towards the end of the year last year and I hated it so much. The part that made it worse was the fact I had to hear my father in law complain about taking out the trash while I was sick.
They used to drive me nuts, but the psychotherapies listed below helped me with the “emotion magnification” problem I had from psychotic bipolar + borderline personality disorder (+++, ad nauseum).
