I believe it had trapped me and I’ve become a vanilla face with my emotions. I’m boring and lost due to it.
I havnt taken it for a few days and I feel stable

I stopped my meds and now 4 years later I’m still experiencing the effects of doing so. I also acted like I had rabies when I quit my meds. I stopped a mood stabilizer maybe a year and a half ago and I was alright. I hope you make it through it.

I started to ween off my meds after 5 years of being voice free. Had an action plan with my doctor and was doing it responsibly and slowly. I only reduced it by half over a few months and I went into psychosis. Please be careful.

You should ask your doc about how to do it safely. Have you been having any withdrawals?
Nothing gives me withdrawles I’m immune to everything
I had more aggression when I got off a mood stabilizer. It almost got me into trouble.

I don’t believe I have bipolar so I’m not manic now I’m jut good and healthy
Why did they give you a mood stabilizer?
Cause they clearly have got my symptoms wrong I don’t think there’s anything wrong with me zeno. I don’t need meds
