Thy put folks away who they think are a danger to themselves or others.
I was suicidal yesterday and scratched my wrist that’s why I’m scared

Whatever they decide this time around (hospitalization or not), in the long run you need a therapist. It’s obvious that meds alone don’t help you all the way. In the short term they will probably up your dosage.

Good luck on your relationship to your treatment team.
When I saw some folks in the hospital getting treatment I wanted because they were on suicide prevention, I said I was suicidal. They said, No you’re not. Oh well.
And if you are hospitalized, even you don’t like it, stay calm and get the best out of it, try to see if you can benefit from a stay.
Good luck, i was in closed ward one and a half month ago and feeling fine now. Its not the end.

Good luck @Hadeda . I hope that you will try to be as honest with them as you can. I know you have been struggling lately, and they can’t help you if you hide things from them. I understand your fears though. I don’t like being admitted either.
