Im just so sick

OF BEING SCARED. I would like to be normal just for 1 day 1 hour anxiety is hell.

I wish I had an idea that would help. So many time’s I’m told… just do something relaxing.

I can’t relax… that’s the problem. If I could let my guard down and breathe deep… I would.

Sometimes sitting the my closet with calming stuff on my Ipod helps me. Getting away from a lot of stimuli.

It’s hard when that loop of anxiety just keeps coming back. It makes it hard to go for a walk, or get your mind off it.

Me too if that helps. I’m scared of many things. If you are scared of people, remember, you have the power to change their behaviour towards you…

I always had my safe place as we lived by a river growing up. Was big enough to just wander, sit and reflect and settle my anxiety. So tends to be water I head to when any of symptoms flair. Hardest thing is getting out of the house with anxiety

I also found burning off the nervous energy with my exercise bike works well for me. So do recommend exercise of some sort. But don’t over do it unless your super fit to just workout till you drop so to speak.

If your around people or pets they will notice something about you that is making you feel uncomfortable. It’s good to be around people when your feeling bad. You become self conscious and want to do something to make yourself feel better. You need a strong support system and caring people to tell you How your doing and that are there for you. Pets can help too. Make sure your eating right, getting sleep and taking breaks from chaos. Talk it out.

**I have very strong anxiety in the mornings…What helps me is to just get busy for awhile-and there is always something that has to be done. after an hour or two, it usually stops.

I masturbate when I feel something is off with me and I haven’t had an orgasm in days. Like ten minutes ago. I was feeling agitated and thinking about violence when it it me; I hadn’t had an orgasm since Friday night and have been studying and lifted intensely today. It’s like a hard drug to just do what everyone does but no one talks about.

I have a girlfriend but I mainly see her on the weekends because I am busy with school all day and then have like one hour of free time after dinner and before bed, not enough free time for going out of the house.

Try simple pleasures like baths, masturbating (I am sorry but my shrink even tells me to masturbate, I think it’s good for people) entertainment, exercise, ■■■■ maybe have a couple of drinks? I drink a little bit sometimes, mainly with other people. I love white wine, sake, Guinness. I also smoke but that’s more of a broody thing I do while thinking or taking a break from work.

Do what I do on the weekends, have a couple of glasses of wine and watch a movie that is above all pleasing, don’t even worry if it’s actually a critically acclaimed film. And do this socially if you can.

Or just ask your doctor for something to fix it. I pull that ■■■■ when things get out of my hands.

Maybe you should get a cat and learn from the cat. My cats are enlightened.

Try writing a few fears down and work on 1 until you feel calmer/better about it

Try and do something to keep you busy like reading here music and hobbies you have cleaning or organizing

These are the things I do to help keep my anxiety down
