Lol I’m going to annoy my colleague tomorrow I’m going to ask him if he thinks I’m annoying. He’ll say no. But Just you watch hehehe. 
I’m just curious, what is it about this guy that has you so fixated on him? He’s very charming and attractive? Has a great sense of humor? If things don’t go well, just keep in mind that there’s thousands of other eligible people that you can date in your area that you’re likely compatible with.
Asking someone if they’ think you’re annoying is kind of an annoying question! 
You’d be better off asking questions about him and develop rapport if your goal is to form a relationship with him.
Haha I don’t want a relationship with him. I just feel in the mood to annoy someone. Lol. I can be fun too it’s just a friendly joke.
