I'm gonna leave my doctor a message

I wanna get back on seroquel, titrating up to a good dose. Stay on it for a couple (two) weeks. Titrate up lamotrigine w/out losing sleep. And even though I won’t know what’s doing what…when I come off seroquel, I can get back on atarax.

So…gonna do that.

Leave a message, talk later, lower doses 25-50mg meant racing heart, and that was scary, like 140-150 bpm when laying in bed trying to sleep. And also the dread and horror feeling before weird tranquility hits. And I would wish that on no one.

So might have to try 100 then 200 if he gives me the okay.

So, gotta stabilize what I think is higher grade hypomania before then. Who knows? Maybe atypical bipolarity?

And even if it means sleeping a month or two away, it’s not like I’ve been doing much of that in the past two or three. So gonna have to leave that message. Get that response by tonight.

Also shoes…the new shoes I bought online are not the exact same model as the previous pair I have, and that’s not okay…

I can not jog barefoot when I am heavy. I may have to spend time removing and putting back the laces, maybe with some thick socks because my feet might get fatter over time, and the old pair are feeling a little thin and hard in the sole, but that might just be a perceptual thing for me, or the winter cold is making some material in the sole get smaller.

In any case, when I get used to meds, maybe by march hopefully, I can get back into jogging. All different kinds of things! And I just need to give it time. And starting earlier can mean getting better faster.

P.S.: thank you for the post abt. self disorder @Om_Sadasiva !

I hope you can run soon! And I hope you can find the right dosage!

I left the message and she said okay so 150mg tonight and 200mg tomorrow. And also 1mg ativan, bcoz it helps w/everything.
