Feeling suicidal is never good. Hopefully you get the help you need !

I’m glad you’re being proactive about caring for yourself. Good vibes your way.

they originally put me on a 51-50 hold, then changed their mind when I agreed to contract for safety. I don’t feel safe though. They made my husband promise not to leave my side until I see the pdoc again on Tuesday. When I saw the pdoc today she upped my Zoloft to 200mgs. She’s really hoping that wills top these thoughts of wanting to die. Now I suffer and wait for the meds to kick in. If I get worse I’m supposed to go to the ER so they can get me to the nearest open hospital.

Oh no so sorry @Leaf

Did you recently change meds?

Hope you feel better. Every time I have anxiety I leave everything and just do some me time. Focus on your breathing. Breathe in then out. Count your breaths. Take a bath, eat something delicious.

Getting help was the best thing you could’ve done. I’ve been in the hospital for suicide thinking, too – a couple of years ago. It’s worse if you don’t have family, which you do, thankfully. Hang in there.

I’m relaxing now, preparing for the next big wave. Hopefully this meds change will work fast. I’ve felt effects from ssris immediately in the past. So I start tonight with the larger dose, realistically it takes a few days to start to change anything. Crap that’s along time to fight these feelings and urges. I’m not relaxing well.
