I lost a few kilos. Around 109 from 112 now over 3 weeks.
But it’s insane that I have been 100+kg for over 7 years now.
I think my testosterone has been chronically low throughout this time period.
Meds lowered my T even more
And flab is estrogenic too.
I look fine in clothes but man… you would never see me at the beach unless you wanted to see a beached walrus

I’ve gotten down from 350 to 304 but still not good enough it took me about 2 years but I kept going back to binge eating truthfully I’m in the process of back to eating less

I was at 106kg for years. I’ve been ozempic a few months and I am down to 89kg.
I want to get to about 12 stone and right now I’m just over 14. So still some to loose.
How long did it take you to reach 89kg?
I just reached it and I started on the medication in February this year. However I had to start at a very low dose and work my way up to the highest
On the lower doses I did not loose. Even though I was going to the gym on top.
I’m on highest dose now. Have been for 4 months and I’ve lost that. @eternalaether
Does Ozempic make the body burn off fat, or does it make you less hungry so you lose weight?
I don’t know if it makes you burn off fat but it defo curbs my appetite. I have cut down a lot on what I eat. Also I rarely get takeaways now
