I’m eating very little but I’m not hungry. Now’s the time to lose this stupid weight, lower my A1C and get rid of my CPAP machine.

Good luck with it. I’ve been on wegovy (I think it’s also called ozempic)
It’s helped me loose about 3 stone.
I’m very happy with the results. I’ve slowly been weaning off it now and since lowering it I have not lost anymore weight. However I have not gained either so that’s a good thing.
In the new year I plan on doing a long brisk walk 3 times a week to help me loose more. I also need to cut back on alcohol consumption which always increases for me at this time of year.
I wish you well with the weight loss medication.

Oh, I’m sorry. Yes @Wave, I was referring to you.
Yes I must have lost about 45pounds since being placed first on Ozempic and now Mounjaro but I had lost a good amount of weight before these drugs as well
It’s much easier to lose weight on Mounjaro now but I watch my diet and try to keep active everyday.
I currently weigh 175 pounds and at one time I weighed 235 pounds 6 years ago
My target weight is 165 pounds but if I can go lower I will
