I'm a cold person

I’m working on warming up. It’s easier to function when I’m warm.

I can’t tolerate cold either. And I live in a state that is snow covered and very cold for nine months out of the year! What the heck am I doing here? My parents are dead and so is my child. There is nothing that should be keeping me here. But, for some reason, here I stay. I understand that the city I live in is a vortex and because of that, it keeps people attached to this location like a magnet. Whenever people try to leave this darn state, they always come back.

I thought you meant cold hearted. I was going to say I can be cold hearted too. I have to be when it’s necessary. But also I get cold easily. I just bought a new microwavable heating pad that goes around your neck and shoulders. It can also be used on my lower back to help with the sciatica. I can’t wait til it arrives. Stay warm darling.

I have Raynauds disease and arthritis. Raynauds causes my fingers to turn colors in the cold and the arthritis makes them stiff and painful.

I did mean cold hearted but I didn’t want to interrupt @SkinnyMe’s post. Se has a point, too.

A girl friend about 40 years ago told me I had to warm up emotionally, and I made this one of my mantras for the next several decades. This lead to several new conflicts and caused some imbalance.
