And I won’t be able to eat a hamburger, unless I get my throat operated on. I can’t swallow much anymore so no one can criticize my almost daily consumption of Lucky Charms cereal. They’re magically delicious!!!

What’s wrong in your throat that’s making you unable to swallow?
I don’t know what is wrong with my throat. I need to go to an ENT but I’ve been too squirrelly. I’m a bit irresponsible. I have been recovering from PTSD which was about my thirty years war with a voice which appeared very realistic.
I can’t commit suicide, my body is a good one despite my throat. There are exercises for my knees that work like magic. And as long as I get out and walk a little every day my back won’t bother me.
I don’t have diabetes.
I also have to have a colonoscopy about my bloody stool. Is that too much information? I didn’t want to leave it out.
I need some help and my pdoc’s office says “we aren’t paid to do that”. I have no buddies and my nearest family is 500 miles away. You are required to have a trusted friend or family member to escort you home from your colonoscopy.

You need to tell your dr you don’t have anyone. See what they say. Bloody stool could be minor, but it could also be major. What about hiring a home are worker for one day? I think it’s be worth it. If you’re in the US you can find one on one www.care.com

Eating pizza on APs is not advisable. It is bad enough for neurotypicals,and is doubled in effect for those on meds.

Call Salvation Army. They have volunteer members who help in circumstances like yours.

The Salvation Army’s views are objectionable to many people. We won’t utilize their services in any way at any time or place.
I’m an athiest. That didn’t matter when they saved me from homelessness. They helped and asked for nothing in return.
