Just wanted to tell you to not give up, as you know I had problems of my own with a disruptive neighbor in the past. It will not last forever. Either you get your new place or they will make him move when the time is right. That’s what happened to me anyways, one day poof he was gone!

I’m in limbo with my upstairs neighbor. I’m shutting them out. My mind will be occupied by butterflies. Nick I hope they move the ■■■■ out. Don’t let him bother you too much or lose your way.
