No no lol. There’s no window. He is in an upstairs apartment. Follows me fr up there. He stands above me in the bathroom. I looked into their window pretending I was just going by. He and a girl were listening to our ceiling.
that is a delusional memory I bet…I don’t believe they were doing anything like that. how good a look at them and what were their postures when you looked? please explain…I think you’re psychotic again.

Have you tried screaming at them or whoever is upstairs? People say this" If someone is visiting you, you should try to be funny" so that makes me think. If you are bothering by “company” then maybe try to feel better by being funny. So maybe try doing this. " enter bathroom, you hear them, then you stare at ceiling for 5 minutes…

@Noop_12 that’s horrible advice man.
I’ve lived in apartments and it’s hard to know people are doing things. Yeah you might hear the odd noise but I suspect that a lot of what you are experiencing isn’t what others would. Most folk aren’t interested in their neighbours or what they are doing unless you act up. Don’t act up or engage or if you do just nod your head and smile.

@roxanna you have been talking about your neighbors for a long time. It’s delusional thinking. They don’t want to kill you, they are not spying on you, they are not harassing you.
What I am wondering about is why don’t you move to a place without neighbors? I mean if it’s troubling you so much?

I can’t move at the moment. I took my shower and about to take my meds. I’ll be glad when it goes away. Maybe raising my perphenazine mg a little bit. My back is hurting and I have things to do tomorrow. I appreciate y’all’s help.
I’m gonna get over it. Or just leave and never come back.

I didn’t mean to scream at them directly. When your entering the room. Then you start hearing the foot steps above the ceiling? Thats when my advice be taken. My advice is to scream at ceiling or get a broom stick and hit the ceiling.
Lol that’s okay. I can just catch them outside and ask them if sasquatch steals their food.
