I bought my laptop in 2016, so close to 8 years ago. It’s like new as I’ve never really used it.
Next year, in October 2025, Microsoft will stop supporting windows 10 and my PC isn’t capable of running windows 11.
I probably won’t buy another PC. I use my phone for everything.
I actually resent using windows anyway now.

Ditto on that broskie.
My only exposure to nastiness on the Net is Web browsing. I browse with Brave, which is uber secure. I don’t pirate crap or open weird downloaded files so I’m good.

You could always get an SSD drive and ram upgrade. I haven’t done it with a laptop. I’m not really good with that kind of stuff anymore. I tried Linux. Last time I messed up trying to dual boot Linux and Windows. Messed up my computer. I had to use recovery software.
