You are slim. You don’t have anything to worry about.

I’ve been getting fatter and fatter.
I’m fatter than ever…
I started a good diet now.

That’s something. I need to go on a diet but it doesn’t matter if I don’t move or exercise.

I don’t weigh myself. I just determine how I’m doing by how my pants are fitting. I did a lot of up and down, losing 150 lbs once. I’m tall, 5’10", but that was literally half of my weight, lost for no known reason. I’m up now, but according to my last doctor’s visit, but I’m not near where I’d been at my biggest.

5’10" or 178cm. I was 90kg or 198lbs prior to my first psychotic episode.

I don’t go by weight but by my body measurements. If i can reach something on the ground without being exhausted then I’m doing good.
