My Abilify Maintena, I mean. My nurse was sick today, so she had to cancel on me. My schedule is so tight that it’s hard to get me in. The lady who called to tell me it was canceled wasn’t sure when I could get in for a 5:00 appointment, so I guess I will call tomorrow. I mean, the shot is supposed to be given every four weeks, anyway, and I’ve been getting it every three weeks. So it’s not a big deal if I have to wait a week. At least I still have my Haldol tablets. Things could get interesting, though … Just giving y’all fair warning.

Try to relax and chill and everything will work out

Just make sure you DO get it. Like dont just skip and wait til next dose. I made that mistake a couple times.
