I was planning to reduce my caffeine but instead I increased it

I always had a coffee in the morning, I wanted to cut down on caffeine to maybe feel calmer. But I instead increased it by adding a green tea after the coffee. And I think the Theanine in the tea is helping me feel calmer.

My caffeine tea coffee increased too. I like theanine capsules before bed. It really works.

How much L-theanine do you take? I tried it before and it made me psychotic, I think it was too much. But the smaller amounts in tea works.

It is a 200 mg capsule. I take it a half hour before bed. I didn’t take it when on Zyprexa since I didn’t need it for sleep then.
