So I’ve been using a 2:1 ratio of Caffeine and L Theanine for a while now, about a couple months with good results.
I’ve noticed that I still get jittery from the caffeine, so I bought new capsules of 1:2 from NootropicsDepot (100mg of Caffeine and 200mg of L Theanine) and I’ve taken them for about a week.
I’m surprised about the good results I’m getting from them !
I take 2 capsules, 2 3 times a day on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water and I gotta say the side effects of caffeine are completly gone ! No more racing thoughts and overthinking and I’m more busy now than I have ever been.
Anyways, just wanted to share some info with you guys, as I know a few people on this site have had luck with the Caffeine and L Theanine combination.
