I want to share one of my techniques I learnt today

It’s so good. Simple but good.

Basically I have a lot of residual worrying about lots of things. Including hell. My body. Life when I’m older. Friends. Bla bla bla lots of things.

So instead of worrying about them sporadically and all over the place, I designate half an hour per day to sitting down with my worries, analysing them, taking steps in pen n paper to resolve somewhat if possible etc.

So that gives me the whole day to seperate myself to a good degree from all my problems. For the rest of the day just to feel content, knowing I can worry in the eve for 0.5 hour.

Ofcourse expressing my worries on here is an exception I enjoy doing that cos we can all relate but just generally. :crazy_face:

Do you have any good techniques to make you feel generally better throughout the day.

My other one is 10 minutes music relaxation with positive personal affirmations.

At first I thought um really?

But its actually fantastic for me personally anyway. I just think it may take time to get the tecnhique perfected because worrying is so ingrained in me

I’m a natural worrier. I worry about worrying. It’s just the way I am. So this is actually perfect for me.
