Im not sure I can afford to but I’ll have to enquire about getting a personal trainer to show me how to use weights :flushed:

Does that mean it’s about strengthening your leg muscles

I do split body routines most of the time. Today I focused on legs

What’s your goal? Have you ever lifted before? Are you planning on joining a gym?

Thats so expensive bro… i suggest watching youtube replays of them over and over… vids that will show strict technique.

Cool @anon80629714 yes your best bet for technique is to watch YouTube videos. Other then that just use very light weight to say hello to the muscles. You can even look up simple routines or splits on Google.

@anon98519533 I love leg day that’s why I do it every other day. I want big thighs.

LOL such a good reason to work quads.

Fo sure…:hugs:

Body pump sessions are good. Don’t know if they have them in your area but their found in good gyms. I couldn’t do it without the motivation from the class.

Is that like a new form of CrossFit or something? Btw I always get a pump

Oh neurotyping is how you gear your workouts based on your brain chemistry

Not sure what crossfit is but body pump is where you’re in a class with people and you have a set of weights and do different repetitions across the body by copying what the instructor is doing alongside music.
