OK so I do aerobic exercise at home every day.
I wanted to start strength training a long time ago.
I wanted to buy a home gym with a weight stack( for strength training).
I have now rejected this option and will pursue the following:
I will use plate-loaded exercise machines for strength training.
I already have weight plates at home, a stand for storage of weight plates, and two plate-loaded exercise
machines.( plus adapters for olympic weight plates and locks for the plates). So I will start with the two exercise machines I have now and in the future I may add more
exercise machines.
That’s awesome. I don’t like exercising. Shame on me
Good luck! I hope it works out for you
Sounds good @Chess24
I like swimming. Not into building muscle, but I need to be strong enough for working and have a lot of stamina.
Gyms opened here today, and I have my first swim session in a month now lockdown has ended.
I just bought a stationary bike today to exercise. I walk fast at home with a step counter, my max was 20 000 steps once but I average 7000.
Need to bump my average to 10 000.
I have a half hour per evening Hatha yoga practice that I do about 5 times a week that keeps me strong, flexible, aerobically fit, and balanced. I’ve been at it faithfully for the last 15 years and it’s served me well.
Exercise has been good to me in my forties and I suspect it’s good for people with sz.
