So. Today was payday so sorted out my bills and necessaries and drove around for an hour finding a store. Ended up with 4 by 5kg weights. Cost me like $50 and I got some socks as well…
Been researching up on exercises and getting a curl bar last week I’ve got the bare basics. I’m not looking to get bulk. More trying to improve core strength and get some better muscles!
It still all boils down to getting a fitbit and getting into exercise. It’s been a hard start but it’s getting easier!
I’m doing pretty well and now have some more options!
Back when I was training to become a cage fighter (LOL) I used to make my own gym equipment. Pour a small amount of cement in the bottom of a bucket and place a large dowel in the middle and you’ve got yourself a dumbbell/barbell weight.
You can also make punching bags for way cheaper (sand and cut up pieces of old cloth(es).
You can get giant tires maybe even for free and do tire flips if you have a back yard.
