I am sick of life, I don’t want to live anymore and just want to die.
Do not give up
People get well
@Chess24 you’re going to get through this. Don’t give up. There’s so much out there for you.
Just hold on, things will change xx
You’re stronger than you know. Each time you get through this feeling you’ll come out stronger
I had similar thoughts in 1999, 20 years ago, I started hearing voices and had depression, I just felt very bad, but I survived, and here I am 20 years later writing to you, you’ll survive and manage to find something interesting to do, I know it is this illness that makes us to feel bad and depressed sometimes. You’ll survive.
I have had quite bad times during these 20 years, it was almost every day when I thought of dying when I lived in my auto in Miami and elsewhere (over two years), but I survived, many years ago I actually tried to commit suicide, but I survived that too, I am planning of living next 30 years at least, @Chess24 you can survive too.

@Chess24 You got this, my friend. I’m here for you.
We all want to die at some point in our lives. I think its a part of the old brain of natural selection going on.
But it doesnt mean you have to do it!
It just means your sick of your current physical/emotional situation - and you want to change it. Its your brains not so subtle way of telling you its had enough.
Think about the coping mechanisms that you have learnt.
If you are feeling suicidal, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.
You can also call a suicide prevention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries.

Suicide hotlines in the U.S.:
I hallucinate every day. I don’t want to live a lot of times either. Your not alone. Just keep plugging away.
How are you right now @Chess24? You ok?
@Chess24
Are you in therapy? Do you attend any support groups? Do you have family and friend support?
Do you have someone you can talk to?
@Chess24 I know you are against meds and I understand the side effects of them can be awful. I hate them, but feeling suicidal and going in psychosis is worse than side effects. There are low doses of meds that can help with less side effects.
There’s also herbs. I had a LOT of benefits from Lion’s Mane extract. Clearer thinking, better mood, less body pain. No side effects for me, though some get a headache from the detoxing effect. It’s worth thinking about and is all naturr.
