I want to check whether my blood pressure is OK, and if it is high to try to lower it.

They are pretty cheap. I used to measure my heart rate on my phone.
I have one. But it took 3 tries to get one that was accurate. If you get one, take it to your drs office and take your blood pressure with your cuff as well as their cuff. I had 2 that were wildly inaccurate.
Also, just FYI, most cuffs from Amazon can’t be returned so check the return policy before you buy from them.

Oh yeah. I had a couple that were off. I had to use them at home during my pregnancies and go to the hospital if they were too high. Usually they were off when they would check at the hospital though.

My dad has one, he uses it everyday to check his blood pressure.
yea, I think mine is off too. I’m taking it to my next drs appointment to check it against theirs and see.

Even blood sugar machines are different. Apparently the different brands matter. Crazy.
