I was given three blood pressure meds, I stopped these and now in this morning I measured my blood pressure 118/92 and pulse 74, my background picture is also changing automatically, here is the latest change, I’ll change it back.
120/80 is

Yes, I stopped those three blood pressure meds three months ago and these values are good, I have my testing device, also smart phones such as Samsung Galaxy Watch7 can do this.
So can the $22 smart watch I got from Temu and it is as accurate as my expensive blood pressure cuff.
