I’m dying here. This happens to me every once in awhile where I just feel like I need sugar. I gotta have something around here that’s got sugar in it.
I get like that too. Sometimes you just need something unnecessarily sweet.
I had a toast and jam, desperate times…
I keep an abundance of sweets in my apartment. I can’t eat anything chewy anymore because they always hurt my teeth. Now I just settle with hard candies and practice self control to not chew on them when they get small enough.
I gave my Jolly Ranchers away to my daughter the other day, what a fool I was.

I got some chocolate almonds for bedtime. They are part of my nurses idea to get me to bed earlier on nights that I’m scared. But I been wanting to eat them early. Especially now after reading your post lol

The idea is to have a few each time when I get into bed and to watch a show. I hope I don’t eat them all. But I’m like you right now craving sugar.
My wife put a bunch of those small candy bars for Halloween on a dish on the table. I be eyeballin’ them all day long. Darn it.
I like to keep candy in a drawer in our computer room.
I buy big boxes of crunchy granola bars and fruit and nut bars too. Cliff bars also.
And donuts and cookies when I get the chance.
I just ate too much sugar. I ate Reese’s cups bars, again. Isn’t that how you get diabetes…from eating too much sugar?
I usually get some jam from the store so I can have a good supply of sugar during the week. Try to get protein with your sugar. It will help with that sugar high/low crash.
Sugar is fuel for the brain. Cut it out and all sorts of wonky things will happen.
