It’s like a chewy candy with a great distinct taste. I think it originates from Germany.

Yes I have a sweet tooth.
30 sweet teeth actually, 2 of which are already rotten :pensive: and need to be pulled.

Some dark chocolate, gingerbread, tea sweetened with honey and some orange juice.

Unrivaled.

A Bobo’s coconut protein bar. Newly addicted after finding them in a cafeteria.

Have a dozen pumpkin spice coming from Amazon on Tuesday. Was gonna order coconut but the pumpkin is limited release.

I drank a lemon lime soda at my sisters. Other than that I haven’t had any kind of treat. I got a little bit of candy coming in from Amazon since I needed to spend the rest on a card.

I had 3 pieces of licorice candy. Was good. I’ve gone 6 months without sugar but getting near my goal weight I’ve allowed myself some treats. Still behaving but it’s nice to have some sugar after so long. It was really, really good haha.

Im curious if you felt any kind of mild mental effect from the sugar after not having any for 6 months? I understand sugar is considered a drug so maybe it has an effect on your mind or maybe focus or clarity? I think im a bit addicted to sugar at the moment. Add it to tea and coffee every day lately. Want to learn the easiest way to stop it. And wether i should expect like tiredness or hunger when stopping.

I had fresh fruit for breakfast. Kinda sweet and rich in fructose.

Yeah it’s a rush with that sugar for sure and it’s similar I suppose to drugs.

Not as powerful as something like a stimulant or an opiod but you notice the effects.

I did no sugar in tea and coffee for like 4 months then discovered unsweetened almond milk. It’s lo carb which is good on the keto and it makes coffee so much better. I don’t use artificial sweeteners so for my black tea I just have it without.

It’s not that hard giving up sugar but you do need some willpower. I found it harder to give up the carbs because everything good has carbs. It really does when you look into it.

I ate two mr noodle instant noodle snacks, large bag of sun chips, bag of microwave popcorn.

That was within two hours tonite. Same as eating candy. All sugar.

Dark chocolate strawberry kit kat.

Just a few pieces of candy corn. I try and avoid sugar.
