That drinking made me feel like crap… I quit drinking I still feel like crap WTF?

It’s probably part of the problem, not the whole problem!

Maybe so… also trying to clean up my diet and fix my sleep issues as well

Can you manage so many changes at once?

Perhaps pick one and see if you benefit from it before trying the next one, unless they are all obvious steps that really have to be knocked on the head right now!

I feel like it needs to all be done at once… been procrastinating and making excuses for far too long!

Does drink interact with your meds? If so it might take a while to stabilise especially if your a frequent heavy drinker!

I have never taken meds…well until after the first and last break I refused to since and I haven’t had a serious relapse… fingers crossed

Depending on my stress levels I have some occurrence of positives but still not enough to keep me from functioning at a reasonable level

Are you eating enough? Sometimes lack of vitamins or just sustenance can effect mood, MH and energy levels!

I think it has been enough… just not always great choices due to being drunk a lot eating nasty stuff in the middle of the night and getting too many calories from beer

I’m am adult now… I need to pull it off like a plaster
