The last two times I was in the library at my community college I saw cops looking around. The first time I was on the 2nd floor looking for a book and I saw this female cop walking around peering between shelves I left immediately because cops make me really uncomfortable… so the next time I was today I was in between finals and had about an hour I forgot my laptop at home so I went to the computer lab at the bottom floor of library to use an computer and i tried two computer and neither would start (so annoying) I got up to go up stairs and when I did there was a cop facing me staring at me he had on plain clothes but a belt with a holster and a gun so obviously a cop right when he saw me he looked quickly then avoided eye contact like I was the sun or somethinbf and immediately got into the elevator and I took the stares to go use a different computer on the other floor why are the following me? What are they looking for! I’m so scared I think they want to frame me like they do in movies or whatever this makes me so anxious I want to hurt myself

I don’t want to I’m just really upset right now I had a panic attack right before my second final got home and can’t stop thinking about it I probably failed because of this now I’m sad
I know it can be difficult but the best thing you can do for a cop is to treat him like any ordinary civilian. If this means walk on by or stop and say “Hi”, it doesn’t matter. They are only human.
Schiz can make you interpret things in a way you wouldn’t have prior to becoming sick. Causes you to think things that arent true. It may only get worse if you dont go back on meds.
