What would make you feel safe enough to fall asleep tonight? When my paranoia was bad, I made a little bed in my closet and slept there.

I mean its quite typical especially now that the weathers gettimf cold that paranoia starts creeping in around here… idk why…brain health i guess. And from what ive seen from your post (i think you said you quit your job) this is a very stressful time. I get this delusion all the time.
Its the nature of this illness to keep badgering us til we believe it tho so you cant just ignore it. You have to act wisely and seek medical help. Sooner rather than later.

Idk honestly. I took a shower and it helped some.
I just think life is stressful all the time anyway.
I don’t know just someone… maybe one of my neighbors.

It’s probably not a coincidence that you are feeling paranoid after missing your doctors appointment. They can’t cure us but it helps to get stuff off your chest.

I didn’t miss an appt just missed calling her to tell her what’s going on. It gives me a lot of anxiety so I still haven’t done it. I see my therapist I a few hrs tho

What Will Happen, After They’re Not After You? Plus Whose After Them? What are they really after … Probably I Something Had, But Lost In The Cushions at Grandma House, Before The Transportation Experts Came In White Coats and TOOK her away! Probably somebody bought it at Goodwill or The Salvation Army, just to find what I lost between the cushions? By the way, why do grandmothers have bigger tits than young 20 something chicks? This guy harassed me at the bus stop and touched my butt on the bus. Then this other guy asked me if I wanted a ride and followed me home
