I know someone is after me, it’s just a matter of time. I’ve been hearing the voices talking about it. There is someone after me to kill me, I only wish I knew who it was. I’m scared to sleep tonight.

I get to thinking people are out to kill me too. My doctor says it’s not true. I don’t know what to believe. Paranoia can really get to you.
Paranoia is the worst, I think. I get the same feelings you’re describing here and the only thing I know to help them is to sleep them off. I’m sorry you’re suffering.

Whenever I get paranoid, I lie down in my bed and close my eyes and just try to catch my breath and think positive.
Hanna, are you still paranoid now? please make an appointment with your pdoc ASAP, you need medical adjustment.
Its not true. Its a simulation to see how you react. Dont play the game with them. Mess with them youll see.
