That people on here in the diagnosed section call others crazy. Like… if your on here in the diagnosed section your just as crazy as everyone else because you also have been diagnosed schiz. Theres not less crazy or more crazy. And you calling people that is like the pot calling the kettle black. We all are on here for the same reason, because we were diagnosed schiz. So instead of being like everyone else in the world who dont have sz and call us crazy, why not be honest, vulnerable and transparent with your issues that caused you to be diagnosed with sz? Wtbs anyone who posts anything not nice towards others on my threads i will do whatever is necessary to remove the post. We all have sz here and we are supposed to look for encouragement that we are not alone in our symptoms, thought processes, or any other aspect of our diagnoses. Stop trying to isolate others who may have had a slightly different experiance with sz then you!
Two words.
Human beings.
Does that explain it thoroughly enough?
Only expect ■■■■ from people, they aren’t capable of any different.
It reminds me though unfortunately of my earlier days.
When i first became sick and ran into the sicker than i.
I scoffed at them for being so sick unfortunately, i wasn’t like them in the least.
They were crazier than i.
Now i remember it. It happens everytime.
But time has a way of straightening us out does it not, we change our tune rather quickly.
I was only more fortunate and i thought they were crazier! Rediculous actually! They carried more weight and that was the only difference! Ha! They were afflicted greater than me, the only difference between us.
It happens everytime. The young and old it happens very much, but then the young become the old and they take it from the young.
By the end of this things like this will not happen, we will all have taken enough of things like that and will hate it.
Getting through is going to be tough.
Entirely inadequate beings pointing the finger at eachother for being inadequate.
And they all think they chose what they are, do, and have. Rediculous, it’s just really rediculous. We’ve chosen nothing that we are, do, or have, most certainly didn’t choose any abilities that we have.
Add a little pride now. Instead of feeling happy about it you feel an impure way and start smacking eachother around for nothing. Like a good b-ball player, he just starts smacking others around when he should just feel good about being good.
Now add individualistic thought. No collective thought whatsoever.
Now add wrathful condemnation. No reconciliation or correction at all, just throw them away forever.
It’s how the entire planet works. We’re mad, we’re all mad, it’s all just madness, no sense involved even though they believe it makes sense. Thats a symptom of schizophrenia isn’t it, not knowing you are sick, not knowing you make no sense.
This is getting good. They just can’t see how crazy they all are. Egg on the face, every last one of us, and we think it’s normal.
This ■■■■ though just might take the cake huh? The crazy people having a pecking order of crazy? Better crazy and lesser crazy right?! This is all very interesting isn’t it. It never fails.
It’s all very human is it not?
We are every unkind thing.
Here is another tune about just such a thing.
It’s relevant to my situation.
It’s about how you shouldn’t treat people that way without a damn good reason.
No matter where you are there you go.
everyone is crazy in there own mind even non diagnosed
sorry you took offence to what someone posted…
the non crazy and crazy have bad days…and we can write things that are hurtful to others.
sometimes not realizing it…and sometimes it is on purpose.
but we must raise ourselves to a higher plane of consciousness, raise ourselves above the words.
i am sorry again that your feelings were hurt but this is normally a safe and supportive site…
we all have our good, bad, and ugly days.
take care
I haven’t seen anyone call another person mentally ill or “crazy”…I hate the word “crazy” we aren’t crazy when we are ill…we are “out of it”.
its all about your belief system and how much it reflects reality. This is a place dedicated to recovery though it often blurs into just being schiz. A great deal of recovery is redirecting your belief system to something more realistic. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone blatantly calling someone crazy on this site. The one thing I can’t stand though is when people talk about telepathy and I believe you’ve done that. I’m crazy to but at that point I really just have to write them off as lunatics. Stupidly backwards people. I’m sorry your schizo. I’m sorry reality is disappointingly simple and nothing that you’ve experienced has been real. I go through the same thing part of the time, but I know if I want to get better I have shrug it off and find stability. Any case I’m sorry if this sounds aggressive just trying to make the point. People hear want to find their way back to reality not entertain all these superstitious hypothesis. There is no real room for blatant schhizophrenia anywhere in the world. It’s sad but it’s true.
@bryanashley That’s the cold hard truth, the fantasy delusions although incredibly interesting and seemingly real is not reality. Which could shatter ones world thinking that life is much more simple/boring than what they once believed.
But the truth is there is world of real discovery just waiting for you that’s the real fun
Were trying to make room...that
s what this site is for.
Barbie posted something great tonight. Its called you are not alone--on youtube. I was thinking that it would make a great commercial. I am going to post it everywhere! Minorities always seem to have to fight--not fair-but that
s reality. We will make room…
I disagree. I don’t have the ability to put it (the difference) into words but I myself have been less crazy and more crazy at different times.
To think that being “crazy” as you call it gives one special insight into the way the universe or society works is just wrong. Being “crazy” is a debility, not an ability.
Humans will believe almost anything … schizophrenics are no exception.
Just like ‘muggles’ we are susceptible to only looking at things that support what we already believe, and other errors of thinking. To suppress expression of ideas is counterproductive because if we can review the idea we can correct the idea.
I know I am not addressing what you really have on your mind, but these are some of the thoughts this series of postings has brought up in my mind.
I’m sorry if you have been scoffed at here or even if you just feel that you have been. Overreactions are common in both ‘muggles’ and schizophrenics. I would urge you to stick around. I think you will see that it’s not as “messed up” as you thought at first.
its good to make room for all, but if some that stay a while and dont desire to improve and just stay stuck in there ways without any desire to take a 2nd guess in what there belief system is then that may not be helpful?
that is kind of like someone who hoards everything with no desire to let go of everything they know/have in their life.
