even if your not very good at it. There are alot of different things you can do from painting to playing on a keyboard or drawing. Its a great way to cope with the voices, it really helps. Does anybody body have creative things that you do and does it help you at all?
I play guitar from time to time. I also started painting again. Or I like to write. It’s honestly harder to be creative now that I’m on meds. Before meds I would hear music in my head and be able to play it on guitar. I don’t hear it anymore so I don’t play as much.
when i’m doing well i make some music… but lately i been finding it hard to concentrate again so haven’t done any music lately… but i should get back to working on music as soon as i can concentrate again…
I don’t hear voices but I try to doodle every day.
Keeps me creative.
I used to write but I can’t anymore but someday I will again and I will write a book
I used to be creative but now I don’t want to be and I think my work is bad. But maybe I should still create like you said.
as long as it makes you feel good that all that matters i think, if you feel like you want to do it you should i think
