I never listened to Eminem til I was 23. Now he’s probably my second most listened to musician ever next to Tupac.

I’m an angry, ambitious, confident, and spiteful person. I guess it’s interesting how we’re all driven to different paths. But it doesn’t surprise me.

I have only listened to his 2 most recent mixtapes. The production and the pitching down the vocals gives it all a very cool sound, I’m interested in seeing how that will translate at a live show.
why do you rap?
okay. because when a man strives to become famous, I think he asks himself that question a lot. even when he’s famous, I think he’ll be asking himself that question a lot while deciding on whether or not to maintain fame.
I don’t strive to be a famous poet. but one reason why I write poetry is because it’s my safe haven that helps me a lot, even for going to bed. when I share my poems, sometimes people don’t like it. sometimes my only motivation is the fact that my poems are meant to represent strong faith, respect, and love; which I believe can be an important message for some society as well.
Rap chose me. I truly believe that.
