Depersonalization derealization disorder. It seems to be triggered by a PTSD episode, but the dissociation continues for a while, and I develop severe psychosis next. Or is this like prodormal psychosis? I don’t know. It’s bothering me whatever is causing it.

She says I have dissociation at least and I have a lot of disorders that can cause it so Its probably not a separate diagnosis in me but it is really disturbing regardless
I have this disorder, it’s like being hyper-vigilant about everything. Geodon helps with it.

I have severe dissociative episodes every week. Last week I had them on 3 days.
I just wish I could get help to these episodes as they ruin my life.
Besides dissociation I experience depersonalization and derealization during the episodes.

I have severe dissociation too and developed functional neurological disorder over it
That sounds very difficult. I have severe dissociation and that only is making life really hard
Honestly I feel so alone, I have never heard anybody have the same kind of dissociative symptoms as I have. I feel like I’m so damaged. My doctor says it’s a part of how my schizophrenia manifests itself. But the AP’s don’t help at all.

I used to have really bad dp/dr.
It went away when my stress levels went down.

I believe I had this too. I thought it would resolve itself, but they said it’s from schizophrenia.
