I think about all my problems

today i overthink, overthink about my health
and side effects of my meds
i said to myself wtf i had money
i wd go out daily to cafe and forget all my problems
i wd go and get best health care available
i wd go to doctor whenever i want
and dont go whenever i dont want
i wd never suffer unlike now

I’m sorry. I do this often too. Is there anything you could get into, get busy with? I’ve been thinking of watercolours. Have you tried mindfulness meditation? It’s not for everyone, but it can make a real difference. Take care.
