I still take a bcomplex to curb appetite with abilify. But since I went from 10mg to 15mg my apettite has gone way down. I’m also on metformin which is supposed to reduce appetite.
Maybe this will translate into weight loss. That would be too good to be true I guess. 
Along with metformin extending your life, you may be on to a winner…

A bcomplex curbs abilify induced hunger pangs. It may or may not work with other APs. It’s worth trying anyway I guess.

How did you go about picking the brand of vitamin that you got? I have a hard time with all the choices the store has. I really want to buy the cheapest one but with something as important as vitamins it might be better to go with a trusted brand. Is there a brand that you stand by?
Also, what was your blood sugar? And losing 16 lbs is going to be very attainable I believe in my heart. I’m routing for you.
i hope when i get my dose increased that my appetite decreases i am hungry all the time on 10 mg i havent gained any weight but im afraid i might over time if i keep going over my maintanence calorie limit

They have just 100% rda of b vitamins. A lot of bcomplex’s have like 2000% of the rda.
so you recommend staying at 100% rda? A lot of people say go for the mega doses, I wonder why. I’m writing down the website, gonna check it out later. Thanks!
The mega dose bcomplex’s seem to interact with Abilify to give me chest pressure. That’s the main reason I take only 100% rda.
Maybe you could tolerate the mega bcomplex’s.
do you think there is a benefit in taking the mega doses? I forget are the b vitamins water soluble or fat soluble?
Mega doses are supposed to be beneficial for schizophrenia I think. I wish I could take them. No idea about them being fat/water soluble though!

I’m also on 15mg Abilify, and it does decrease my appetite. I’ve stopped losing weight now, but that’s because I started eating fast food again.
