I’m in early riser, I feel like I’m allergic to in the night time lately… Well like the last nine months. Last night I stayed up late for the college football national championship. It was the latest I’ve literally stayed up in six months. I wake up early though
I used to stay up really late every night doing my favorite activity: reading. But, then, I read on this forum that the secret to beating insomnia is to go to bed at the same time every night. Every single night. So, now, and with a little help from prayer, I go to bed between 1130 and 1200 midnight every night and I wake up at a decent hour. No more sleeping in all day long!!!
after waking up today at 3:00 pm I’m more determined than ever to get my sleep schedule fixed. I guess it will be my late new years resolution. I’m going to force myself in bed with no electronics by midnight and force myself out of bed at 9:00 am.
I just woke and trying to figure out how I’m going to do my sleep schedule. This truly sucks!
