Fixing my sleep schedule

might stay up all night, as i usually am active during the night. i think i started sleeping at night is because i kept getting woken for random dinners. next time, i’m just going to save the random dinner for some other time and continue sleeping. i couldn’t do that, last Sunday, because of special dinner.

maybe i should just go to sleep now though. i don’t think i can fix my sleep schedule in one day.

Last time I had sleep problems it took me about a month to get back to normal. It was really stressful. It can be achieved though.

My sleep schedule is off also. It sucks. I’ve been up all night and the sun is coming up. :anguished:

I wish I could just stay on a regular 24 hr sleep schedule like normal people!

No matter what time I go to bed, I pop awake at around 4:00 am in the morning. It is really frustrating. I then take my a.m. medications at that time and then I pray. About two hours later, I am tired out from the meds and so, I go back to bed and sleep some more.
