might stay up all night, as i usually am active during the night. i think i started sleeping at night is because i kept getting woken for random dinners. next time, i’m just going to save the random dinner for some other time and continue sleeping. i couldn’t do that, last Sunday, because of special dinner.
maybe i should just go to sleep now though. i don’t think i can fix my sleep schedule in one day.
No matter what time I go to bed, I pop awake at around 4:00 am in the morning. It is really frustrating. I then take my a.m. medications at that time and then I pray. About two hours later, I am tired out from the meds and so, I go back to bed and sleep some more.
