Been going to bed relatively early

I used to stay up till 4am no problem. However this last week I am shattered come 10:30pm. Sleep well til 7am.

If you’d told me there would come a day I could wake at 7am feeling fine I would not believe you. I mean in the early days of APs I slept till midday routinely. I told my nurses etc to never phone in the morning as I would be asleep.

I like my new routine.

This is good news! It is a much healthier sleep pattern to be in.

I used to be a night owl myself. With the hospitalization that changed.

Sometimes when I go out to meet with friends I stay up later but I never stay asleep past 9 am.

The moving guys are taking their time.

My mom is a load of stress. I’m hiding in the bedroom on my phone

Don’t sleep night mares and left over dead

Sorry to hear that @Daze. Have you spoken to a doctor about this? Just because I am really feeling the benefit of a good sleep schedule. I mean my symptoms are less disturbing.

It’s not easy with the sedation of these meds. I used to get criticised by the normies I know. But they have no idea.

I’m glad you’re having a regular sleep pattern @Jimbob ! I’ve been sleeping early too and waking up early after months of manic nights. I love it! :sunny:

A couple of years ago I was usually going to bed between 1:00a.m. or 3:00 a.m. and then getting up for
work at 6:00 a.m. I would then work 6 or 7 hours. I literally did this for a few years. I was in my early 50’s.
I’m saying it as a negative thing. I can’t do that anymore, my 55 year old body and my 55 year old mind can’t handle it.
