I rode my bicycle 12 kilometers. It was -3 C degrees and the bicycle paths were not frozen. It was perfect for cycling. I saw some people whom I know, got my exercising and fresh air. It is also good for mind.

I haven’t ridden a bike in a really long time since I’ve been too out of shape to do it. I probably can now that I regularly workout. But it’s awfully cold for that. Maybe in the spring. I’ve been really cold lately no matter what I wear or do so I’m avoiding the cold for now.

Heres my winter bicycle. I was going to sell my car and buy a cargo trailer and studded tires for my regular bicycle, but I was talked out of it.
