I had a breakdown this week which is making me vulnerable to stress. The past couple of times I went into work I’d go in and out of psychosis, I found work somewhat manageable but I’d feel like crap at the end of the day. I was debating whether I should go into work today or tell them I will no longer be working there, its a stressful job and I am no longer working with the same people I was trained with. I know I’m gonna feel relieved once I let them know I no longer want to work there but I’ll feel bad thinking I didn’t try hard enough

see If u can try lil harder possible retain the job…if ur situation if further worsen by ur job then just leave…!!!
after all health iz precious wealth…as u can find job elsewhere…hoping…
Maybe sit down with your boss and say you’ve been stressed out or however you tactfully want to put it. Maybe he’ll be open to working with you to make work less stressful or demanding? Or give you some time off and let you come back when you are ready?

I quit, but I was honest about why I quit and he was really understanding. They’re gonna pay me for training. I’m going back to school soon so I’m going to put most of my energy into that for now.
