I hav a delusion that I’m going to hell for eternity
Well then. If I truly believe hell might be real out of Christianity then so must heaven.
So I simply have to believe in jesus and heaven and all that.
Have faith in jesus and I will be saved from my past sins.
Anyway I find this is recovery orientated as it takes the stress off me of my delusion!
So I hope this isn’t closed.
Somehow it reminds my delusion that I will stuck in a dream which is horrible and will never wake up from it…
The more I get knowledge on SZ, the more I understand that religion can worsen symptoms for people with the illness.
Like, religion makes us fear things even more and become lost way more. I try to not read religious or too much spiritual stuff. It helps for me
Sadly, fighting a delusion takes time.
Sorry, but this one is still too religious and will definitely get the wrong conversations going as certain members simply will not be able to help themselves.
