I don’t try to lose weight. It is impossible, especially on antipsychotics. I don’t buy or eat junk food though in order to limit any weight gain.

I am scared to weigh myself. Something weird is going on with me. I am not always aware of what I’m doing after I take my pills at night, and I’m binge eating. Everything seems dream-like the next day.

You may think that you are overweight, but you look very cute and pretty. Lots of girls would love to look like you.

My psychiatrist does not expect me to lose weight, although I’ve lost 5 pounds recently.
She is satisfied with me not gaining any more weight.

I know for females it can be a big thing but there is this woman down at my local pub and she is curvey but gosh I just love her personality. Be kind to yourself. :innocent:
