I haven’t weighed in at 210 lbs in two and a half weeks! The heaviest I’ve weighed in this two and a half weeks is 207 lbs! I’m excited! My lifestyle change is working!

I need a scale at home. I’m on new meds are making me gain weight. Well its not changing my metabolism, more like making me eat more.

I’ve been up about 20lbs on my Abilify injections.

I was a rail my whole life…now I’m around 180lbs.

@Patrick. I’m on abilify injections too… Abilify maintana to be exact but I think I’m finally losing weight while on it

These antipsychotic medications can really bloat you up, eh? My wife is on lithium and has gained a lot of weight as well.

@Patrick. Yeah antipsychotics suck! I’m trying though I hit at least 3k steps a day just by cleaning and watch what I eat most of the time
