God this is starting to annoy me
Do it as a work of progress. Slowly integrate more vegan foods and less animal products over time. Or, if you want t
It to be a lot easier, go vegetarian instead of vegan. It’s much easier to accomplish
I don’t understand why I keep eating this really gross dairy
They say cheese is like crack though
I’m 99% vegan - except for cheese and chocolate. It’s hard to give just up. And I’m feeling careless and not bothered with healthy eating at moment but I want to be as vegan as possible. I’m vegetarian for years now
You can have vegan cheeses… they’re great and just as tasty. Some even nutritional and low-fat.
LOTS of recipes out there.
Also, chocolate is made from cacao and there’s nothing that says you can’t have that - it’s a natural food. (sort of)
Hi,
I’ve been strict before for 6 months
A long time ago
I have further food restrictions no soy and no chocolate or coffee
So not eating vegan truffles will be crazy hard
I want to be strict
You know about milk products yet you still eat cheese
I’m the same
I know it’s better than all out omnivory but I find it hurts me to eat it
I’m 45 btw I sound like a teenager no offence
See my next post about chocolate
Huh? I don’t? …
Watch conspiracy
They rape cows,
make them pregnant once a year
Take the baby, kill the baby
There are hormones fed to the cow that pass into your body,
The machines for milking are unsanitary, there is blood, puss and ■■■■ in your milk
And it’s not your milk
You sound neurotic.
I’ve fallen into this trap with the organic/vegan/environmental issues, but you have to learn/understand that if you ‘push’ the issue you will actually push away solutions and resolution with the other side.
And… you need to slow-down and read because I don’t eat dairy/support dairy industry. Your mind is consumed with negative ideas and its keeping you from seeing straight. And I DO agree with them, but that’s not the way to the solution.
The animals live 7 -9 years out of a usual 30
They can hardly stand their udders are so inflated with a third more milk than they would normally have

Please lead on
To you I said
See my next post about chocolate
To another poster I said
You know about milk yet you still eat cheese
I was not new to these facts
Someone asked and I educated
Fact is, there are farmers out there that are aware of these issues and many of them are making changes.
That’s why in particular I like to share alternative foods with people that mimic meat to help influence or encourage people to find an alternative they won’t make them feel deprived.
Seitan isn’t the best thing for consumption, (personally I’ve had 0 issues with digestion or anything with it), but everyone in my family loves it. Just yesterday I made seitan brisket that everyone can love, but I can’t get them on board to accept it as a replacement.
Is it frustrating because despite that people don’t change? Yes. But what else can be done? We can just stand for what we believe in, but we have to find some alternative or just be patient. I’m not sure what else to do.
Most of what I see as to why people won’t change is usually some emotional issues. Otherwise, there’s a problem with costs too.
I mean, none of us definitely want to be farmers ourselves do we? From my end, sharing recipes and standing for that myself helps me stay focused positively - even though it does look pretty grim out there on the planet.
As far as sharing the negative aspects… sadly most don’t care and they shun you for making a moral issue and just continue the way their going.
Cacao is one of the top 5 environmental planet killers
Somehow and I know this is a tough one
No Soy, Cacao, Coffee, PalmOil, beef
