I might change my mind about veganism

I was just curious. Maybe you’re also getting it fortified in your food somewhere and you not aware or such.

Wanting to protect and care for animals is a very noble and worthwhile cause, but the vegan diet just isn’t very realistic for human longevity.

Hey Zoe, I have a hard time swallowing so I can’t eat meat. I believe in eating dairy food. I find cows very matronly. I eat a lot of soup and some other things, yogurt, cookies.

Diet is based on genetics, like what your ancestors ate. You can only figure that out by doing tests to determine what suits you best. Or just keep experimenting till you find what feels the best. There is no one size fits all

I actually tried the opposite, going carnivore for a month. I only made it for a week. I felt really good, but was having trouble when eating with other people who didn’t really understand what I was trying to achieve. I’m not strict enough on myself. Or I could argue that carnivore just isn’t for me  .

I’m eating pretty poorly now. I need to try something new.

I was raised vegetarian from birth. Wasn’t vegan so i had dairy and eggs too. Decided to start trying meat around 12 years old. I was a very pale and anaemic until i ate medium rare beef steak. Love meat these days. Eat it quite regularly. I feel like i get some kind of more mental clarity boost after a nice steak. Just gotta cut out some of the junk food snacks and such.
