I’m tired of being fat

Just what the title says. I’ve lost a lot of weight but am now at a standstill. And I want to be pretty again

I lost about 30 lbs several years ago by eating smaller portions and walking a lot. I’m naturally a big guy so i’m not by any means skinny but it drastically helped with my health. I am sure if you keep working at it and find what works for you, you can lose weight. Just don’t give up. Good luck.

I saw a dietician for a year. They told me that even though you’re eating the right amount of calories to lose weight you can stop losing weight for a while.

That happened to me recently. I stopped losing weight even though I was eating the right amount of calories to lose weight.

I lost nothing for about a month. I didn’t change anything and suddenly I’m losing weight again.

I’m tired of being heavy as well.
I lost 5 pounds recently but probably gained it all back over the Thanksgiving holiday - weekend.

Now I’m back on my old increased dose of 1500mg of Depakote, this means I’ll never lose enough.

So sick of it.

I was starving myself when I lost the 5 pounds.
It wasn’t healthy.
I was consuming under 1700 calories and eating low carb.

Girls don’t mind big men. But a lot of men don’t like big women. I mean I think some big men are gorgeous.

Are you still dieting and on a plateau? That’s common. Try eating 1 high calorie meal and then going back to the diet. Sometimes that triggers your metabolism and helps you to start losing again.

switch from decaf coffee to green tea

it really burns the calories, and boosts the metabolism

I drink a lot of it with lemon juice

Yes green tea helps boost metabolism plus it contains theanine which helps with anxiety and sz.

I would drink green tea if I wasn’t allergic to it.
I ended up in the ER with a body rash and dangerously high blood pressure.

Is there anything else you can do? I know that tomatoes and blueberries burn calories

I have some frozen blueberries in my freezer.
I love blueberries.

Regular black tea is also beneficial and I am not allergic to it.

intermitted fasting could probably help you maby once or twice a week

I like and eat plenty of broccoli and beans.
Once in a while I’ll have blueberries and tomatoes.

I’m tired of being fat too. I starting doing the exercise bike 3 days ago but I’m still fat lol

I used to fast when I was in church. I would drink water with vinegar to maintain sugar levels and keep me from getting hungry.
