Today I managed to do 3 sets of 10 seated dips , a tricep exercise,at 105 pounds/47.62kg! I was at 65 pounds/29.48 kg but for some reason felt stronger today so I went for it and succeeded!
I know that’s not a heavy weight but I’m extremely out of shape so it’s a huge accomplishment
I also did 65 pounds/29.48 kg (3 sets of 10) on bicep curls today. Yay!!!
I injured myself in the past lifting weights too. I experimented and found out that if I sticked to lifting weights every 3rd day it went ok. Just needed two days of rest in between.
